Corporate Culture

At CMA, we believe in our employees. We support our staff with continuing education and professional development programs, an in-house CAD User's Group, and CMA sponsored social events allowing us to cultivate a supportive and empowering environment that makes CMA such a great place to work.

Continuing Education and Professional Development

During our weekly "lunch and learn" presentations, our employees participate in everything from roundtable discussions, to CMA developed educational seminars, to presentations by experts in construction related disciplines. We are committed to our employees and their desire for professional development. From attending conventions & seminars, to professional development programs, to professional licensure, CMA recognizes and supports the need for employees to develop their career skills. We also take pride in our mentorship program for new employees to help them adjust to the professional environment. CMA believes that an educated employee is a more productive and, ultimately, a happier employee.

CAD User's Group

CMA has made a commitment to support the exchange of knowledge among CMA CAD users by establishing a CAD User's Group. The User's Group sessions are held regularly and all employees are invited to participate in discussions and demonstrations in an effort to share tips and tricks to build CAD drafting skills.

CMA Events

We believe that building personal relationships with each other as well as our clients has been one of the big keys to our success. We are constantly planning opportunities and events with our clients, consultants, and employees, in an effort to reflect on our past experiences, celebrate our accomplishments, and prepare for future opportunities to work together successfully. Our parties and special events are a celebration and expression of the commitment we have to each other, to CMA, and ultimately to our clients.
